Affiliated Organisation Packages
The following packages are available for affiliated organisations:
- Opportunity to support a session
- Access to discounted exhibition booths
- Opportunity to have a table top display
- Opportunity to access discounted registration rates
If you choose to take up any of the above options, your organisation will be recognised as a supporter of the conference in the following ways:
- Logo on conference website
- Logo in conference handbook
- Logo included in conference program as a co-branded session (if session supporter option is selected)
In return for being recognised as a supporter you agree to appoint a member of your employee staff as a promotional representative to actively encourage your members, stakeholders and other contacts to attend the Conference.
Note: you must provide proof of the promotional activities undertaken e.g. providing screen shots of inclusions on your website, sending copies of newsletters sent promoting the conference etc.
