Group Registrations
Registering a group of 3 or more attendees? The group registration portal is now available! This allows you to register, view and manage multiple registrations all under one group coordinator. This is an ideal tool for organisations who intend to register multiple staff.

INHSU Members

INHSU member conference registration discounts are available. Current members must ensure they have paid their membership fee in full in order to be entitled to the rates listed above.

If you register under an INHSU member category and are not a member of INHSU, your registration will be amended to the relevant non-member category and the difference in fees will be payable by you, the delegate, within 2 weeks of notification of the change.

Full Conference Registration Includes:
All conference sessions, all catering breaks, a ticket to the welcome reception, official conference handbook, conference satchel and free conference APP.

Day Registration Includes:
Attendance of the entire nominated day, official conference handbook, catering on the nominated day, conference satchel and free conference APP.

Shared Registrations:
If you are sharing a registration with a colleague/s you will be given a generic badge for your organisation. Each colleague will need to collect and return the badge from the registration desk each day. A sign in and out form will be required to be completed. One conference handbook and one conference satchel will be supplied.

Media Registrations:
Accredited journalists may attend the conference for free (a maximum of 2 registrations per company). To apply for media registration you need to:

  1. Apply for and receive media accreditation
  2. Complete the registration process

Who is eligible for media accreditation?

Representatives from the following media may apply for media credentials:

  • General-circulation newspapers, Magazines, or Medical Publications
  • Broadcast News Media
  • Community Newsletters

Please note that individuals, agents or contractors providing coverage for or being sponsored by industry may not register as media.

What does media registration include?

Free registration to the conference which includes any inclusive social functions. Any auxiliary events that delegates are to pay is to be paid by media representatives as well.

How to apply?

To be accredited, journalists should email with the following:

  1. A letter from their editor, producer, or news director on letterhead with signature OR or a copy of the publication's masthead with the reporter's name listed
  2. A sample of one recent article or news report
  3. A letter of assignment (for freelance journalists only) on letterhead with signature

Once all required information has been received you will be provided with a discount code to access the free registration.

The Conference may request additional materials if needed to establish the appropriateness of a media outlet or journalist for accreditation. Journalists who meet the press criteria outlined above will be accredited on a space-available basis.
